台湾からのお客様が増えています！｜歡迎來自台灣的旅客！

松山空港とソウル・釜山・台北の直行便が運行するようになってから、当店の松山店・松前店に海外からのお客様がご来店される事例は増えてきました。

特に多いのが台湾のお客様。つい先日も松山市内、そして大洲市でホテル事業をスタートされるという台湾の方が寝具の相談をしたいということでお越しになりました。

このとき探していたのはシーツと枕カバー。真っ白でサラサラとした質感のものを揃えたい！というご希望をお伺いいたしました。

枕カバーといっても意外に種類があります。当店では綿100%のものを取り扱うのですがガーゼやニット、サテン、タオルなど生地の質感によって寝心地は大きく変わります。

あとはサイズ感と封筒式もしくはファスナー式という仕立て方。すっぽり収まる方が良いのか、取り外しやすい方が良いのかということもありますし、ホテルで使用されるとすればお洗濯などのお手入れについてもしっかり考えていく必要があります。

これだ！ということでイメージとピッタリ合うものがあったようです。良かった〜！

お求めのサイズやお色、素材の選定など、英語でなかなかうまく説明できないところはジェスチャーや実物に触れていただき、できるだけわかりやすいコミュニケーションを図っていきました。

スムーズな接客とはなりませんでしたが、少しでもお力になれたとすれば嬉しいなと思います。

自從松山機場開通往返首爾、釜山及台北的直飛航班後，來到我們松山店及松前店的海外客人也逐漸增加。

其中，來自台灣的客人特別多。

前幾天，就有一位來自台灣的客人來到店裡。他準備在松山市以及大洲市開始經營飯店，因此特地前來和我們討論寢具的選擇。

這次他正在尋找的是床單和枕頭套。

他的需求很明確：「希望能準備純白色、觸感滑順舒適的寢具！」

其實，看似簡單的枕頭套也有很多不同種類。

我們店內主要提供100%純棉材質的商品，但即使同樣是棉質，依照紗布、針織、緞面、毛巾布等不同織法與觸感，實際睡起來的感受也會有很大的不同。

另外，尺寸以及枕頭套的設計也很重要，例如信封式或拉鍊式。

是希望枕頭可以完整包覆在裡面？還是希望容易拆卸？

如果是飯店使用，也必須考慮清洗、更換以及日常保養是否方便。

我們拿出幾種樣品讓客人實際看看、摸摸。

看來終於找到和他心中想像完全一致的商品了。太好了！

在確認尺寸、顏色及材質的過程中，有些地方我們無法用英語完整地說明，因此就透過手勢、實際商品以及觸摸材質等方式，盡可能讓彼此的溝通更清楚。

雖然整個接待過程並不是非常流暢，但如果我們多少能幫上一點忙，就讓我們感到非常開心。

Since direct flights from Matsuyama Airport to Seoul, Busan, and Taipei began operating, we have been welcoming more international customers to our Matsuyama and Masaki stores.

We especially see many visitors from Taiwan.

Recently, a customer from Taiwan visited us to discuss bedding for hotels he is planning to open in Matsuyama and Ozu.

This time, he was looking for sheets and pillowcases.

His request was simple: pure white bedding with a smooth and comfortable feel.

There are actually many different types of pillowcases.

At our stores, we carry products made from 100% cotton. Even with the same material, however, the feel and sleeping comfort can vary considerably depending on the fabric, such as gauze, knit, satin, or terry cloth.

Size and construction are also important. Pillowcases can be envelope-style or zippered, for example.

Do you prefer a pillowcase that completely encloses the pillow, or one that is easy to remove?

For hotel use, it is also important to consider washing, changing the bedding, and everyday maintenance.

We showed him several samples so he could see and feel the differences.

“This!”

That was it!

We had found something that matched exactly what he had in mind. We were very happy to see that!

When discussing the size, color, and material, there were some things that we couldn't explain very well in English. Instead, we used gestures, showed him the actual products, and let him feel the different fabrics so that we could communicate as clearly as possible.

The conversation may not have been completely smooth, but we were glad if we could be of even a little help.

International visitors are always welcome at THE sanbun_no_ichi.
